We're sorry that you wish to cancel your service with us. To begin the process, please verify ownership of your account. If you do not know or have forgot your billing login, please click here to resend your information. ​
Please note, if you have not yet backed up your files you will need to do so PRIOR TO submitting a cancellation request. Once your account has been cancelled we are UNABLE to recover your deleted files. If you have made a late fee payment within the last 12 months and or your account has been suspended due to none payment then you will need to pay an additional councelation fee to close your account and capture your account details.
