Addon Support Ticket

Addon avatar support tickets allow you to extend your support plan without upgrading to a stronger avatar plan. Avatar support tickets can be used for any type of site update, help or minor configuration. Avatar support tickets do not cover development additional custom themeing and or architecture.

Your tickets are deducted using the following method:

Submit your tasks, questions or support request to support@jooblay.me Note only 3 tasks per ticket you submit large amounts of data and or tasks your tickets will be separated and allocated accordingly.

Once your ticket has been clarified and the tasks are understood by both parties your avatar deducts the ticket from your account.

It is a much better value to estimate your level of support and changes and maintain an atiquite avatar plan.
